Asiakaspidätysprosentti, known in English as customer retention rate, is a key performance indicator used by businesses to measure how well they are keeping their existing customers over a specific period. It is calculated by subtracting the number of new customers acquired during that period from the total number of customers at the end of the period, then dividing that result by the number of customers at the beginning of the period, and finally multiplying by 100. The formula is: ((Customers at End of Period - New Customers Acquired) / Customers at Beginning of Period) * 100.
