Arbitralawarded is a coined adjective referring to decisions or outcomes that have been determined by an arbitral tribunal through arbitration. While not a standard term in many legal dictionaries, arbitralawarded is sometimes used in text or databases as a compact way to indicate that a matter has produced an arbitral award. In formal practice, one would more commonly speak of the arbitral award or the award itself, but arbitralawarded may appear in notes, search metadata, or colloquial writing to emphasize the source of the decision.

An arbitral award is the binding determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in a dispute submitted to an arbitration. It can be final or partial, monetary or non-monetary, and may include reasons or be stated succinctly, depending on the rules governing the proceedings (institutional rules or ad hoc agreements). Once issued, the award is generally final and enforceable in jurisdictions party to relevant treaties, such as the New York Convention for international arbitration, subject to limited grounds for refusal or correction.
