Arbetsplatsråd
Arbetsplatsråd, often translated as works council or employee council, is a body within a Swedish workplace that represents the employees in discussions with the employer. Its primary function is to foster cooperation and dialogue between management and staff. The establishment and operation of arbetsplatsråd are regulated by Swedish law, primarily the Co-determination Act (MBL).
