ArapPers

ArapPers is a cross-cultural initiative that supports research and collaboration between Arabic-speaking and Persian-speaking communities. It focuses on linguistics, literature, history, media, and digital humanities, and aims to build bridges across scholarly and cultural institutions. It was established in the early 2010s by a consortium of universities and cultural organizations and operates as a non-profit with international partners.

The program offers fellowships, conferences, and an online portal that hosts open-access publications, bibliographies, and digitized
