Antipluralisme

Antipluralisme refers to the philosophical, political, or social stance that rejects the idea of multiple valid or legitimate perspectives, identities, or ways of life within a given context. Unlike pluralism, which acknowledges and values diversity of thought, culture, or belief systems, antipluralism asserts that only one perspective, ideology, or set of values should be recognized as authoritative or correct. This position often arises in debates about identity, politics, or cultural norms, where proponents argue that certain viewpoints or lifestyles should be excluded or marginalized in favor of a dominant or "true" framework.

In political theory, antipluralism can manifest as authoritarianism, where dissent is suppressed in favor of a single governing ideology. It may also appear in cultural or social contexts, such as movements that reject the legitimacy of minority identities or non-conforming lifestyles. For example, some antipluralist arguments claim that only one interpretation of history, religion, or morality is valid, dismissing alternative narratives as incorrect or harmful.

Critics of antipluralism argue that it undermines democratic principles by stifling debate and diversity, while supporters may contend that it is necessary to maintain social cohesion or uphold core values.
