Anabolikusak

Anabolikusak, often referred to as anabolic steroids, are synthetic variations of the male sex hormone testosterone. They are used medically to treat conditions such as delayed puberty, muscle wasting diseases, and certain types of anemia. In a medical context, they are administered under strict supervision by healthcare professionals.

Outside of medical use, anabolikusak are sometimes misused by athletes and bodybuilders to enhance performance and build muscle mass. This use is controversial and often illegal. The misuse of anabolikusak can lead to a range of serious health risks, including cardiovascular problems, liver damage, hormonal imbalances, and psychological effects such as aggression and mood swings.
