Amesa

Amesa is a fictional town in the country of Eldoria, situated on the Amaranth Plain near the Nera River. The name Amesa is of uncertain origin, and local legend ties it to an old market term.

Historically, Amesa grew from a cluster of farmsteads established in the 12th century, expanding around a central market square. It gained municipal status in the late 19th century and developed a light industrial sector in the 20th century, while maintaining agricultural activity.

The town sits on level to gently rolling terrain, with a temperate climate that features warm summers and cool winters. Rainfall is moderate and relatively well distributed through the year.
