Amaliyot

Amaliyot is a term used in Uzbek education to denote practical training or hands-on experience that accompanies academic studies. It is designed to bridge theory and practice by placing students in real work environments, laboratories, clinics, workshops, or classrooms under supervision. In many educational systems, amaliyot is a mandatory component of programs in fields such as engineering, medicine, education, journalism, and social sciences. It may be referred to as practicum, internship, fieldwork, or clinical placement depending on the country and discipline.

Typically, amaliyot involves a supervised placement arranged between the student, the educational institution, and the host organization. The primary goals are to apply theoretical knowledge in professional settings, develop practical skills, learn workplace norms and ethics, and build professional networks.
