Alkyyliesterit

Alkyyliesterit, commonly referred to as esters, are a class of organic compounds derived from a carboxylic acid by replacing the hydrogen atom of the hydroxyl group with an alkyl or other organic group. The general formula for an ester is RCOOR', where R and R' are alkyl or aryl groups.
