Akusüsteemist

Akusüsteemist is an Estonian term referring to a battery system or battery management system. It encompasses the components, architecture, and logic that manage the charging, discharging, and overall health of a battery or a collection of batteries. This can apply to a wide range of applications, from portable electronic devices like smartphones and laptops to larger energy storage solutions for renewable energy sources and electric vehicles.

A fundamental aspect of an akusüsteemist is the battery management system (BMS). The BMS is crucial for ensuring safety, optimizing performance, and extending the lifespan of the battery. It monitors key parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature for individual cells and the entire battery pack.
