Akryylamidia
Akryylamidia, often referred to as acrylamide, is a chemical compound with the formula C3H5NO. It is a white crystalline solid that is soluble in water and polar organic solvents. Acrylamide is produced industrially through the hydrolysis of acrylonitrile. Its primary use is as a monomer in the production of polyacrylamides, which are polymers used in a wide range of applications. These include water treatment as flocculants, paper manufacturing, and in the oil and gas industry. Polyacrylamides also find applications in laboratory settings as a gel matrix for electrophoresis.
In a different context, acrylamide is also found naturally in certain foods, particularly those high in carbohydrates
