Rights and obligations vary by jurisdiction and contract but generally include the right to access the subscribed service as described, to receive information about pricing and terms, and to cancel under agreed conditions (including applicable cooling-off rights in some cases). Abonnementhouders are typically required to pay the agreed fees, maintain current contact and payment details, and comply with the service’s terms of use and acceptable-use policies. They are also entitled, under privacy laws, to access or request deletion of their personal data.
