Aanlevering

Aanlevering is the act of delivering or submitting goods, services, or information to a recipient, typically in a formal or contractual context. The term is common in Dutch procurement, construction, IT, publishing, and government processes. It often implies a formal obligation to provide specified deliverables by agreed dates and in agreed formats.

In procurement and construction, aanlevering denotes the shipment and handover of materials, equipment, or subassemblies to a site or project location. It is usually governed by a delivery schedule, a delivery note, and acceptance testing. Late or incomplete aanlevering can trigger penalties or delays.

In IT and data management, aanlevering refers to providing data or software deliverables to a client or system, including data formats, quality requirements, and security measures. It is often part of a statement of work or data exchange agreement.

In publishing, media, government, and tender processes, aanlevering can mean the submission of manuscripts, images, documents, or evidence by a deadline, often subject to strict terms and auditability.
