AJAXforespørsler is a term that refers to asynchronous JavaScript and XML requests made from a web browser to a server. This technology allows web pages to update content dynamically without requiring a full page reload. The "AJAX" acronym traditionally stood for Asynchronous JavaScript and XML, however, modern AJAXforespørsler often use JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) instead of XML for data exchange due to its simpler structure and better performance. The asynchronous nature means that the script does not wait for the response before continuing to execute other code, which is crucial for maintaining a responsive user interface.
