AGAP1
AGAP1, also known as ArfGAP with coiled-coil, ankyrin repeats and PH domain 1, is a protein that plays a role in intracellular trafficking and actin cytoskeleton organization. It is a member of the ArfGAP family of proteins, which are characterized by their ability to regulate the activity of ADP-ribosylation factors (Arfs). Arfs are small GTPases that are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including vesicle budding, membrane trafficking, and cytoskeletal dynamics.
AGAP1 is thought to function by binding to and activating certain Arfs, which in turn influences the
Research has indicated that AGAP1 is expressed in various tissues and cell types, suggesting a broad role
