3CX

3CX is a software-based private branch exchange (PBX) and unified communications platform developed by 3CX Ltd. It provides business telephony, video conferencing, and collaboration features based on open standards such as SIP and WebRTC. The product runs as a server on Windows and Linux (primarily Debian-based) and can be deployed on-premises, in private cloud, or hosted by 3CX. It supports installations in virtual machines or containers and works with SIP trunks and a wide range of IP phones and clients.
