Ünrenwit is a small, unincorporated community located in the northern part of the state of New York, United States. Situated within the town of Lewis, Franklin County, it is part of the Adirondack Park region and lies along the shore of Lake Champlain. The name "Ünrenwit" is derived from the Mohawk word *Onnariwit*, meaning "the place where the water flows," reflecting its proximity to the lake and nearby waterways.

The area surrounding Ünrenwit is characterized by its natural beauty, featuring dense forests, rolling hills, and scenic views of Lake Champlain.
