Öljyemulsiolla
Öljyemulsiolla, often translated as oil emulsion, refers to a mixture of oil and water that appears homogeneous. In reality, it consists of tiny droplets of one liquid dispersed evenly throughout another immiscible liquid. For an emulsion to be stable, an emulsifying agent, or emulsifier, is typically required. Emulsifiers are substances that have both hydrophilic (water-attracting) and lipophilic (oil-attracting) parts, allowing them to bridge the gap between oil and water molecules and prevent the droplets from coalescing.
There are two main types of emulsions: oil-in-water (O/W) and water-in-oil (W/O). In O/W emulsions, oil droplets
