zónába
Zónába is a term that can refer to several things, most commonly a specific type of urban planning or a social and cultural phenomenon. In urban planning, it often denotes a designated area within a city or town that has specific regulations for development, land use, or building characteristics. These zones are created to manage growth, preserve historical districts, encourage certain types of businesses, or ensure residential areas remain predominantly peaceful. Examples include residential zones, commercial zones, industrial zones, and mixed-use zones, each with its own set of rules.
Beyond urban planning, "zónába" can also describe a state of focused concentration or being "in the zone."
