Yhdistysliitoksilla refers to the legal framework governing the establishment of associations and their relationships with one another in Finland. According to the Finnish Associations Act (yhdistyslain), an organization formed as an association (yhdistys) may choose to merge with another association or form a new association through the integration of their assets and members.

The merging process typically begins with a proposal from one of the associations involved, which must be approved by the general meeting of the other association. A merger may be carried out for various reasons, such as administrative efficiency, financial savings, or a desire to expand the scope of activities.

There are two types of mergers, known as a "liitos" and a "jingays-yhdistysliite". A liitos entails the acquisition of the merging association by the acquiring association, resulting in the dissolution of the absorbed entity. In contrast, a jingays-yhdistysliite results in the creation of a new association that takes over the assets and membership of both merging associations.

In Finland, the Associations Act requires that associations in a proposed merger submit their intentions to the register of associations and obtain permission from the National Register of Associations. Upon approval, the merger is registered and becomes effective. The Act also outlines the requirements for distribution of assets and property rights among members following a merger.
