Wprowadzajace, commonly written as wprowadzające in standard Polish, is the non-diacritic form of the present participle derived from the verb wprowadzać, meaning to introduce or to input. The standard diacritic forms are wprowadzające (neuter and plural contexts), wprowadzający (masculine singular), and wprowadzająca (feminine singular). The non-diacritic form may appear in texts that omit diacritics, in older materials, or in databases and systems that strip Polish letters.

As a present participle used as an adjective, wprowadzające describes something that introduces or leads into something else. In linguistic and grammatical contexts it is used to refer to introductory elements, for example wprowadzające słowa (introductory words), wprowadzająca fraza (introductory phrase), or zdanie wprowadzające (an introductory sentence). In other domains the same root form may be used to describe input-related or leading elements, but its usage is most common in grammar and linguistics.

The term comes from wprowadzać, with the participle suffix -jący/-ająca/-ające to form the present participle, carrying the sense of “introducing.” The non-diacritic variant wprowadzajace is generally considered non-standard in formal writing, and standard Polish orthography prefers wprowadzające or the gendered equivalents.
