Wniosek is a Polish noun meaning a formal request, application, or proposal submitted to an authority or organization. The plural form in the instrumental case is wnioskami, used in expressions such as „zrozumiałem wnioski o dofinansowanie jako wnioskami” or “aż przeanalizowały wnioski w formie wnioskami”. The term is most commonly associated with administrative procedures, including applications for passports, visas, permits, subsidies, loans, and other public services.
