Wieczystych is the genitive plural form of the Polish adjective wieczysty, meaning perpetual or eternal. In Polish grammar, wieczysty declines for gender, number, and case; wieczystych appears in contexts describing multiple nouns in the genitive plural. The form is common in formal and legal language, where duration is described as lasting forever or for an indefinite term.

In legal and land-law usage, the root concept is embedded in terms such as slużebność wieczysta and użytkowanie wieczyste. Służebność wieczysta (perpetual easement) grants a non-possessing party a lasting right to use a portion of another’s property for a specified purpose, and it is attached to the title, typically enduring indefinitely. Użytkowanie wieczyste (perpetual usufruct) is a long-term right to use land owned by state or public bodies, often with periodic payments and certain obligations; ownership of the land remains with the public owner, while the holder enjoys extensive use rights and transferability under statutory rules.
