vérnyomásértéket
Vérnyomásérték refers to a blood pressure reading. Blood pressure is the force exerted by circulating blood against the walls of blood vessels. It is measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and is typically expressed as two numbers: systolic pressure and diastolic pressure. The systolic pressure, the higher number, represents the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats. The diastolic pressure, the lower number, indicates the pressure in the arteries when the heart rests between beats.
Normal blood pressure is generally considered to be around 120/80 mmHg. Readings above this may indicate hypertension
