väittelynimisen

Väittelyniminen is a Finnish compound formed from väittely (debate, argument) and niminen (named, called). In principle, such a construction would describe something that is “debate-named” or “named in a debate.” The term is not a standard or widely attested entry in Finnish dictionaries, and when it appears it is typically in linguistic or analytical discussions about how Finnish forms adjectives from noun compounds, or as a playful neologism in theoretical texts.
