Vizije is the plural form of vizija in several South Slavic languages, most commonly Croatian, Serbian, and Bosnian. It denotes an experience of seeing images in the mind or in perception that is not currently produced by the external world. The term covers dreams interpreted as visions, waking perceptual experiences, and religious or mystical revelations. The word derives from Latin visio ("seeing") through European languages and has cognates in many languages.

In religious and mystical traditions, vizije are often described as messages from the divine or from spiritual beings. They may appear as awakenings, ecstasies, or apparitions. Examples include saints' visions and Marian apparitions, which are considered by believers to convey guidance, prophecy, or insight.

In psychology and neurology, vizije can refer to visual imagery—images seen by the mind during imagination or recall—yet the term is also used for perceptual phenomena such as visual hallucinations. These can occur in sleep disorders, migraine with aura, delirium, psychosis, or under the influence of certain substances. Distinctions are made between voluntary imagery and involuntary percepts.

Beyond clinical and religious contexts, vizije appear in culture and media as motifs or as a metaphor for future planning. In corporate and national discourse, "a vision" or "vizija" describes long-term goals and the desired direction of an organization or community.
