verkoopregeling
Verkoopregeling is a term used in Dutch business and law to describe a set of rules and arrangements that govern the sale of goods or services between parties. It is commonly used in business-to-business contexts, such as between manufacturers, distributors, retailers, or sales agents, and may be included as part of a contract or adopted as an internal policy to standardize sales practices across channels. A verkoopregeling defines how a sale is conducted, including the scope of the products or services, pricing structures, discounts, payment terms, delivery arrangements, transfer of risk, warranties, returns, and after-sales obligations. It may also specify geographic territories, exclusivity or performance requirements, reporting duties, and remedies in case of breach.
In practice, a verkoopregeling is often embedded in a distribution agreement, agency agreement, or a supplier
