Ventileerimisel refers to the process of ventilation, which is the intentional introduction of fresh outdoor air into a building or enclosed space to replace stale indoor air. This process is crucial for maintaining indoor air quality and ensuring the health and comfort of occupants. Ventilation systems can be broadly categorized into natural and mechanical types. Natural ventilation relies on natural forces like wind pressure and the stack effect (warm air rising) to move air through openings such as windows, doors, and vents. Mechanical ventilation, on the other hand, uses fans and ducts to actively control airflow.
