Vabaneeda is a monotypic genus of flowering plants in the family Vabanaceae, endemic to the coastal cliff habitats of the Vayla Islands in the North Archipelago. The sole species, Vabaneeda velutinus, is a small shrub reaching 0.3 to 1.0 meters in height. It has lanceolate to oblong leaves with a dense, velvety indumentum and produces panicles of small, bell-shaped flowers that are pale pink to lilac.
