Uprowadowienie is a term that appears in Polish-language texts but is not commonly recognized as a standard word in major dictionaries. In normative usage, the act of abducting or kidnapping a person is described with uprowadzenie or porwanie, and the related verb is uprowadzić.

The noun uprowadzenie is widely used in legal, journalistic, and formal contexts to denote the unlawful removal of a person against their will, often involving force or coercion. The verb uprowadzić and its nominal form uprowadzenie are the conventional forms for describing this act in Polish.
