ununtri
Ununtri, also known as eka-thallium, is a synthetic chemical element with the symbol Uut and atomic number 113. It is a highly radioactive element and is part of the pnictogen group on the periodic table. Ununtri was first synthesized in 2004 by a team of Russian and American scientists at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia. The discovery was confirmed in 2005 by the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC).
The element was named ununtrium, derived from the Latin words "unus" meaning one and "tri" meaning three,
Ununtri is expected to have similar chemical properties to its lighter homologues, thallium and nitrogen, due
Due to its short half-life and the difficulty in producing and studying it, very little is known
