Täismeshtopoloogia is a term that translates from Estonian to "full meshtopology" or "complete meshtopology". It refers to a network configuration where every device in the network is directly connected to every other device. This is the most redundant and robust type of mesh network, as there are multiple paths for data to travel between any two nodes.

In a full meshtopology, if one connection fails, data can be rerouted through any of the other available connections. This makes it highly resilient to single points of failure. The primary advantage of this setup is its reliability and fault tolerance. It offers excellent performance because there is a dedicated link between each pair of devices, avoiding shared bandwidth congestion that can occur in other topologies.

However, the main disadvantage of a full meshtopology is the significant cost and complexity associated with its implementation. The number of connections required grows quadratically with the number of devices. For 'n' devices, a full mesh requires n*(n-1)/2 connections. This high number of connections makes installation, maintenance, and management very challenging, especially in large networks. Consequently, full meshtopology is typically only practical for small networks where high reliability is paramount, such as in critical infrastructure or specialized communication systems.
