Társasházak, often translated as condominium or apartment buildings, are a common form of housing in Hungary. A társasház is a building with multiple residential units, where each unit is owned by an individual or entity, while the common areas and the land the building stands on are jointly owned by all the unit owners. This collective ownership is managed through a legal framework that defines the rights and responsibilities of each owner.
