Treballadors is the Catalan noun for workers or laborers. It refers to people who perform paid work and participate in the labor market. In Catalan-speaking regions such as Catalunya, la Comunitat Valenciana, les Illes Balears i Andorra, the term is widely used across sectors. The gendered forms are treballador (singular masculine), treballadora (singular feminine); the plurals are treballadors (masculine or mixed) and treballadores (feminine).

Treballadors constitute the workforce, typically performing work in exchange for wages or salaries. They include dependent workers (treballadors assalariats) and self-employed workers (treballadors autònoms). The distinction reflects different legal regimes and social protections, but both are central to the modern economy.
