Tradionele is a nonstandard Dutch adjective form that is generally considered a misspelling of the correct attributive form traditionele, which in turn is the standard form of the adjective derived from traditioneel.

In Dutch, adjectives used before nouns follow specific inflection rules. For definite or plural nouns, the attributive form usually ends with -e: de traditionele waarden, de traditionele ambachten. For singular nouns with an indefinite article, the form is typically traditioneel without the -e: een traditioneel gerecht.
