Topquadrant is a term that generally refers to the upper right quadrant of a two-dimensional coordinate system or graph. In a standard Cartesian coordinate system where the x-axis runs horizontally and the y-axis runs vertically, the topquadrant is defined by positive values for both x and y. This means any point (x, y) located in the topquadrant will have x > 0 and y > 0.

This concept is frequently encountered in mathematics, physics, and various fields of data analysis. For example, in a scatter plot graphing two variables, data points falling into the topquadrant indicate a positive correlation or a situation where both measured quantities are increasing together. In physics, if plotting velocity against time, the topquadrant could represent an object accelerating from rest.
