Thermodynamiikkaa, often translated as thermodynamics, is the branch of physics that deals with heat, work, temperature, and energy, and their relationships. The third law of thermodynamics deals with the absolute zero of temperature, stating that it is impossible to reach absolute zero in a finite number of steps. As a system approaches absolute zero, its entropy approaches a minimum or zero value. Thermodynamics has wide-ranging applications in various fields, including chemistry, engineering, biology, and cosmology, explaining phenomena from the efficiency of engines to the behavior of stars.
