It offers a significantly higher resolution than traditional standard-definition television, resulting in a clearer and more detailed picture. The most common teräväpiirtotelevisio resolutions are 1280x720 pixels, known as 720p, and 1920x1080 pixels, known as 1080i or 1080p.
