temporomandibulaarisen
Temporomandibulaarisen refers to the temporomandibular joint, commonly known as the TMJ. This is a hinge-like joint that connects the lower jawbone (mandible) to the temporal bone of the skull, located just in front of the ears. Disorders affecting this joint and the surrounding muscles are collectively known as temporomandibular disorders (TMDs). Symptoms
