Süütekoili is an Estonian term that translates to "ignition coil" in English. It is a vital component of an internal combustion engine's ignition system. The primary function of the süütekoili is to transform the low voltage from the vehicle's battery into the high voltage required to create an electrical spark at the spark plug. This spark ignites the fuel-air mixture within the engine's cylinders, driving the pistons and ultimately powering the vehicle.
Typically, a süütekoili consists of two coils of wire wound around a soft iron core. The primary
