Sziliciumészterek, also known as organosilicium esters or simply silicate esters, are a class of chemical compounds containing a silicon atom bonded to an oxygen atom, which is further bonded to an organic group. The general formula for a silicum ester is RSi(OR')3, where R is an organic group and R' represents alkyl or aryl groups. These compounds are derived from silicic acid by replacing the hydroxyl groups with alkoxy or aryloxy groups. They are often synthesized through the reaction of silicon tetrachloride with alcohols or phenols.

Sziliciumészterek exhibit a wide range of properties depending on the specific organic groups attached to the silicon atom. They are often liquids and can be volatile.
