szeméremcsontot
Szeméremcsont refers to the pubic bone, a part of the pelvic bone. It is the anterior and most inferior of the three bones that form each half of the pelvis, the other two being the ilium and the ischium. The pubic bones of each side meet at the midline to form the pubic symphysis, a cartilaginous joint. The body of the pubic bone has a superior ramus and an inferior ramus. The superior ramus extends posteriorly and laterally, articulating with the ilium to form part of the acetabulum, the socket for the hip joint. The inferior ramus extends posteriorly and medially, meeting the inferior ramus of the opposite side to contribute to the pubic symphysis.
The pubic bone serves as an attachment point for several muscles, including parts of the adductor muscles
