Syrjintämuotoina refers to the various ways in which discrimination can manifest. It is a Finnish term that describes the different forms that unequal treatment based on certain personal characteristics can take. These forms are often categorized based on the protected grounds against which the discrimination occurs.

Common forms of syrjintämuotoina include direct discrimination, where a person is treated less favorably than another in a comparable situation because of their personal characteristic.
