Sulamuse is a former village located in Estonia. The village was situated in the Räpina Parish of the Põlva County. Sulamuse was known for its historical significance and natural beauty. However, due to a process called the "relocation of settlements in Räpina Parish," the village was officially dissolved in 1977.

The village of Sulamuse existed from at least the 15th century until its eventual dissolution. Archaeological findings have shown that the area has been inhabited dating back to the Neolithic period. The village itself was known for its historic building which dated back to the 16th century.
