Stjärnljuset, often translated as starlight, refers to the visible electromagnetic radiation emitted by stars. This light travels across vast distances in space, reaching Earth and other celestial bodies. The spectrum of starlight is a key indicator of a star's temperature, composition, and other physical properties. When astronomers observe starlight, they can analyze its wavelengths to determine whether a star is approaching or receding from us through the Doppler effect, and its intensity provides information about its luminosity.
