Statenen is a small rural settlement located in the province of Gelderland in the central Netherlands. Administratively it forms part of the municipality of Barneveld and lies southwest of the town of Barneveld proper, near the junction of the provincial roads N307 and N309. The hamlet consists of a cluster of farmsteads, a few residential buildings and a modest community centre that serves the surrounding agricultural area.
