seutukuntia
Seutukuntia are regional cooperation areas in Finland, established under the Act on Regional Cooperation Areas. Their primary purpose is to foster economic development and well-being within their respective regions. Each seutukunta is formed by a group of municipalities that have voluntarily joined together to pursue common objectives. These objectives often include promoting local business, developing infrastructure, supporting employment, and coordinating regional services.
