Seriekedja is a Swedish term that describes a chain of elements linked in a single sequence. The word combines serier (series) and kedja (chain). In everyday technical language it denotes an arrangement in which each element is connected to exactly two neighbours, except the endpoints, forming a linear chain. The concept is used to describe how signals, forces, or information flow through a series of linked components.
