Scalenominally is a term used in geometry to describe a type of polygon. A polygon is considered scalenominally if all of its sides have different lengths and all of its interior angles have different measures. This distinguishes it from other types of polygons such as equilateral polygons (all sides equal) or equiangular polygons (all angles equal).

The term itself is derived from "scalene," meaning uneven or unequal, and "nominal," referring to something by name. Therefore, a scalenominally polygon is one where all its defining measures, side lengths and angle measures, are distinct.

For example, a scalene triangle is the simplest form of a scalenominally polygon. In a scalene triangle, no two sides are equal in length, and no two angles are equal in measure. As the number of sides increases, the complexity of ensuring all sides and angles are distinct also grows.

It is important to note that while a scalenominally polygon has no equal sides and no equal angles, this does not mean that any arbitrary set of unequal side lengths and unequal angle measures will form a valid polygon. The fundamental geometric constraints for polygon construction must still be met. The term scalenominally is descriptive of a specific property of a valid polygon, rather than a construction method.
