Rhinoconjunctivitis is a medical condition characterized by inflammation of both the nasal passages and the conjunctiva of the eyes. It is often associated with allergic reactions, though non-allergic forms also exist. The most common cause of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis is exposure to airborne allergens such as pollen, dust mites, mold spores, and animal dander.

Symptoms typically include sneezing, a runny nose (rhinorrhea), nasal congestion, and itching of the nose and eyes. Ocular symptoms can include redness, watering, itching, and swelling of the eyelids. The onset of symptoms can be seasonal, often occurring during specific times of the year when certain allergens are prevalent, or perennial, occurring year-round.

Diagnosis is usually based on a patient's medical history, reported symptoms, and physical examination. Allergy testing, such as skin prick tests or blood tests, may be performed to identify specific allergens. Treatment aims to reduce symptoms and improve the patient's quality of life. This can involve avoiding known allergens, using medications like antihistamines, nasal corticosteroids, decongestants, and eye drops. In severe or persistent cases, immunotherapy (allergy shots) may be considered. While generally not a serious condition, chronic rhinoconjunctivitis can impact daily activities and sleep.
